OAD全稱o.ffice for a.rchitecture + d.esign，2003年由創(chuàng)始合伙人華人建筑師李穎悟先生在紐約和北京創(chuàng)立，現(xiàn)在北京、成都和蘇州設(shè)有工作室。2019年被中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)評(píng)為首選特色設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)第三名。
OAD – o.ffice for a.rchitecture + d.esign, which was founded in 2003 by the founding partner architect Eric Lee in New York and Beijing, now owns studios in Beijing, Chengdu and Suzhou. In 2019, it was rated as the 3rd preferred design agency by the China Real Estate Association.
OAD是從事規(guī)劃、建筑設(shè)計(jì)、室內(nèi)、景觀設(shè)計(jì)及咨詢的專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)顧問(wèn)公司。OAD關(guān)注人的感受，通過(guò)創(chuàng)意達(dá)到建筑和山水、文化的和諧共生。OAD追求地域文化的獨(dú)特體驗(yàn)，設(shè)計(jì)超越日常感受的有別于城市常規(guī)模式的居住、社交及娛樂(lè)空間。OAD設(shè)計(jì)作品有成都花水灣溫泉小鎮(zhèn)、西雙版納萬(wàn)達(dá)文華度假酒店、西雙版納融創(chuàng)鉑爾曼度假酒店、無(wú)錫融創(chuàng)皇冠假日酒店等。
OAD is a professional design consulting company engaged in planning, architectural design, interior, landscape design and consulting. OAD focuses on humanity, while achieves the harmonious coexistence of people, nature, architecture and culture through creative design. OAD pursues the unique experience of regional culture, designing living, social and entertainment spaces that transcend daily experience and the conventional urban model. OAD’s design works include Huashuiwan Spa Resort Chengdu, Wanda Vista Xishuangbanna, Pullman Resort Xishuangbanna, Crowne Plaza Wuxi Lake View etc.
作品入圍紐約酒店設(shè)計(jì)HD獎(jiǎng)Hospitality Design Awards最佳度假酒店；獲中國(guó)地產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)金獎(jiǎng)和被著名設(shè)計(jì)媒體Designboom評(píng)選為全球十佳度假酒店。作品在Domus、Designboom、ArchDaily、dezeen、UED等十幾個(gè)國(guó)家的媒體雜志多次發(fā)表。
OAD’s work was listed in the Best Resort Hotel of New York Hospitality Design Awards; won the China Real Estate Design Grand Prize and was selected as the world's top ten resort hotels by the well-known design media Designboom. The projects have been published in more than a dozen countries by various media such as Domus , Designboom , Archdaily , dezeen and UED.
